Twin Cities Based Lash & Beauty Day Spa was Founded in 2020 by Owner Malia. LU$H is about providing and receiving a rich & luxury experience to make yourself feel good inside and out. POLICIES Booking -A $25 non refundable deposit is required for all Full Set appointments. -The $25 will be applied to your final balance -Book under the correct staff member Appointment -If you are more than 10 minutes late you’ll be charged a $10 late fee -More than 15 min late will result in canceling the appointment and being charged 50% of your service Cancelations -You have a 24 hour window to cancel your appointment to avoid any charges -Cancel same day to reschedule; your deposit will ONLY be honored once -Cancel Same day as appointment without rescheduling will result in being charged 50% of your service fee. -No Call No Show will result in being charged 100% of your service fee & banned from booking with us again. Drugs -We are a drug free zone establishment -Please do NOT come to your appointment under the influence or smell of smoke/alcohol.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time. If not canceled in the time frame a cancellation fee will be charged.
